1. The service

SpeedCheckWeb provides a free browser-based internet speed test, related tools and educational guides at freegameloop.com. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Results are estimates

Test results describe one moment, on one network path, from one device. They depend on many factors outside our control. Results are provided for information only. They are not certified measurements and are not suitable as the sole basis for legal, contractual or financial decisions. See our methodology and disclaimer.

3. Data usage

A speed test transfers real data: up to about 600 MB on very fast connections, or about 40 MB with Data saver. You are responsible for any charges from your internet or mobile provider for the data you use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• run automated, scripted or continuous tests, or use the measurement service from other websites or apps without our written permission;
• use the service to generate traffic intended to disrupt, overload or attack any network or system, including ours;
• try to bypass rate limits, security measures or access restrictions;
• use the service in breach of any law.

We may block traffic that appears to break these rules.

5. Content and trademarks

The text, design and software of this website are protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to identify their products. Their mention does not imply endorsement.

6. Links to other websites

We link to other websites as sources or for further reading. We are not responsible for their content or policies.

7. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that results will be accurate for every connection.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
